What We Do
Four Ways We Close the Leadership Gap

Every business we work with starts in a different spot.  Some just need to know where the gap is, some know exactly where it is and need help closing it, some need a system built from scratch, and some just need one leader to get the support they never had. Here's how we work with each.

1

Leadership & Operations Audit

Start here if:  You know something's off but can't pin down where.

We come into your business and find exactly where the leadership layer is breaking down — before it costs you another good team member or another blown deadline.

What you get:

  • Where the real gap sits in your leadership structure — often not where you'd guess

  • What it's costing you in output, quality, and retention — made concrete, not abstract

  • A clear path to fix it, with or without us. The audit stands on its own.

2

Ongoing Consulting

Start here if: You've already found the gap (through our audit or on your own) and want hands-on help closing it.

The audit tells you what's broken and why. Ongoing consulting is us staying in it with you — working sessions on a regular cadence, checking what's actually changing on the ground, and adjusting the plan as new things surface. This isn't a binder of recommendations you have to figure out how to implement alone.

What it looks like: recurring check-ins (on-site or remote, depending on what makes sense for your team), direct involvement in rolling out the fixes from your audit, and a second set of eyes as your leadership layer gets rebuilt.

3

Leadership Development

Start here if: You're promoting people into leadership roles and want to stop sending them in without support.

This is the structural fix behind almost everything we find in an audit: no clear expectations, no coaching, no system to help someone lead well once they've got the title. We build that structure — the training, the coaching rhythms, the expectations — so the next person you promote doesn't have to figure it out the hard way.

What it looks like: workshops and tools built around how your business actually runs (not generic frameworks), a repeatable system for bringing new leaders up to speed, and ongoing coaching support for your supervisors as they grow into the role.

4

LANDD Performance

Start here if: it's one person — a supervisor, a manager, a partner — who needs direct support right now.

We've been on the other side of a promotion with no real support behind it. This is what we wished we'd had: regular one-on-one time with someone who's actually done the job, working through the real problems in front of them, not theory from a textbook.

What it looks like: recurring 1-on-1 sessions built around the leader's actual day-to-day challenges — team conflict, delegation, holding people accountable, managing up — with a clear focus on what's in front of them this month, not a generic curriculum.
